The RAAF Richmond Building 107 project involved the complete electrical design and construction of a new power and lighting system within a live operational defence facility.

Our electrical scope included:

• Full design and construct delivery of the electrical system
• Installation of a temporary communications distribution board to maintain uninterrupted power supply to the main comms room during rewire works
• Complete replacement and rewiring of all existing electrical circuits
• Installation of more than 300 new lighting fittings, and emergency and exit lighting connected back to base wide computerised monitoring system
• New power distribution, general power outlets
