This highly secure and classified facility included the installation of new electrical infrastructure which needed to meet the client’s strict security protocols.

Our electrical scope comprised the full supply and installation of:

• A 400A Main Distribution Board (MDB) with coordinated protection and load segregation
• Eight distribution boards servicing multiple secure office areas
• Over 400 subcircuits throughout the facility
• Over 200 new general and emergency lights with a new DALI system
• Cable tray systems underfloor and in ceiling for power, lighting, and communication cabling
• New general power, task lighting, and emergency lighting across all office and meeting rooms
• Four new isolation transformers
• Specialised earthing systems, including RF earthing and door bonding, to meet security requirements
• Coordination with mechanical and ICT services

This project required strict adherence to security protocols, and high-integrity installation standards.
