On Top were engaged to upgrade the lighting and power systems for the garages and balconies of Building 16 as part of other remediation works. The project involved isolations and make safes to ensure safety during the upgrade process. Once the remediation works were completed we then returned to install new lighting, power outlets, emergency lighting, and subcircuits. On Top ensured that the new installations met the specific requirements of the BCA and MIEE.
