The Richmond Officers mess project involved re-cabling and upgrading lighting and power to 88 short stay accommodation rooms, 20 amenities blocks and installing a new commercial kitchen to the ground floor.

The On Top team also identified many non-compliances / safety concerns with other out of scope areas, and these items were upgraded under the project as a variation.
