Baseline Projects undertook roofing projects across 11 TAFE campuses in NSW, partnering with On Top for their expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.

On Top provided dilapidation reports and subsequently removed existing electrical and mechanical units from the roofs. A lot of these units were dilapidated , or unsafe. Following the installation of new roofs, On Top upgraded and repaired the systems as required.
