This project involved construction of a new amenities building at Percival Park Rose Bay. The new amenities include family friendly and accessible toilets, outdoor showers, drinking fountain with dog bowl, new access paths and surrounding upgraded landscaping.

The project is located near popular beach front with limited construction access within the vicinity of Sydney Water pump station area. .
